Peman Montazemi

Peman Montazemi is the Founder & CEO of Finally Quiet, Inc., the first patented AI-enabled noise cancelling, communication, and data-access systems for loud clinical environments such as dental operatories and surgical suites.

The company’s technology combines AI-driven noise cancellation, wireless communication, and clinical workflow tools to help care teams communicate clearly, promote hearing wellness, enhance overall treatment experience, and interact with digital systems without interrupting procedures.

Peman is a seasoned medical device and in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) executive with a proven track record of commercializing 13 FDA-regulated medical devices, IVD instruments, and nuclear software systems across global markets.

Known for accelerating time-to-market and executing complex product launches, he has led multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and regulated healthcare systems.

Peman Montazemi (IEEE Senior Member since 2011) received his Bachelors and Master of Science degrees in Electromechanical Engineering with honors from the University of Brussels “Polytechnic School.” He later earned a Master of Science in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California. He also holds an Executive MBA from the UCI Paul Merage School of Business.

A licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) in California and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Peman focuses on leveraging emerging technologies—including AI/LLM systems, IoT/IoMT, and advanced digital platforms—to improve clinical workflows and accelerate innovation in healthcare.
